Factory & Office Strip Outs

Rapid Demolition Group has built a solid reputation in the industry that we are proud of. With our flawless safety record and considerable industry experience, we know that strip outs need to be undertaken cautiously, eliminating the risk of damage to your property (or any adjoining properties) in the process.

Internal strip outs allow our customers to personalise their floor plan and create the space they want through renovation or restoration. Our customers may be in the process of selling or buying a retail shop, moving offices or perhaps wanting to redo their current space. Our skilled team along with our specialised range of fit for purpose equipment means that the work is done right and in an efficient, timely and safe manner; eliminating the risk of any damage to structures that are being retained. The structure and integrity of the building is simultaneously preserved and retained.

We also understand that time equals money for our customers so if we need to work flexible hours to get the job completed on time, we do. We will work with you to develop a schedule (outside of normal business operating hours if need be) where the work is undertaken during your preferred hours. This minimises any inconvenience and disruption to the site, helping to keep surrounding neighbours or building occupants happy.

Our commercial, factory & office Strip-Out works include but are not limited to the removal of internal structures and joinery; ceilings and grids; partition walls; work stations; windows and glass; floor coverings such as carpet, tiles and timber floorboards; air conditioning ducts; redundant power and data removal; concrete floor grinding and oxy cutting; kitchens and bathrooms and other complex furnishing.

We are well equipped to tackle suspended ceilings, mezzanines, foyers, signage, staircases and much more that novice labourers are not trained and experienced to do (they may in fact do more harm than good).

All waste is removed from site and disposed of in an eco-friendly way. Anything that can be recycled is, to minimise the impact on landfill and where possible we ensure materials are salvaged and reclaimed.
